Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of this website and, where you engage us, the advertising management services provided by Gulf Growth Ads. By using this site or requesting an audit, you agree to them. Where you go on to become a client, a separate written agreement or scope of work will sit alongside these terms and will govern where the two differ.
01The agreement
“We”, “us” and “Gulf Growth Ads” refer to Gulf Growth Ads. “You” and “client” refer to the person or business using this site or engaging our services. These terms apply from the moment you submit a form on this site, and continue for as long as we work together.
02What we provide
We manage Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts for Shopify stores and service businesses. Depending on what you engage us for, this can include campaign strategy and setup, conversion tracking, creative direction, budget management, and ongoing optimisation. The specific scope for any paid engagement is agreed separately, in writing, before work begins.
03The free audit
The account audit offered through this site is provided free of charge and carries no obligation to become a client. To carry it out, we ask for read-only access to the relevant Google Ads and/or Meta Ads account. Read-only access does not allow us to change, pause, or spend anything in your account — it only allows us to review it.
What this means in practice: we do not run, pause, or edit any campaign as part of the audit. Findings are delivered as a written report. Nothing changes in your account unless you separately engage us to make changes.
We aim to return the audit within three working days of receiving access, though this can vary with volume. If we cannot meet that window for your request, we will tell you.
04Account access
If you engage us to manage your advertising, your Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts remain in your name and under your ownership at all times. We work within accounts you control, using access you grant and can revoke whenever you choose.
- We do not create accounts in our own name on your behalf without your knowledge
- We do not use data from your account for any client other than you
- If our engagement ends, you keep the account, its history, and everything in it
05Fees & payment
Fees for ongoing management are agreed with you in writing before work begins and are separate from any advertising spend, which is paid by you directly to Google or Meta. Payment terms, currency, and invoicing schedule will be set out in that written agreement rather than in these general terms, since they vary by client and scope.
06No guaranteed results
We do not guarantee specific outcomes. Advertising performance depends on factors outside our control, including your product, pricing, market conditions, competitor activity, and changes made by Google or Meta to their platforms and policies.
Figures shown on this site, including case studies and benchmark examples, reflect results achieved in specific accounts under specific conditions and are not a prediction or promise of what any other account will achieve. Any illustrative or benchmark figures are clearly labelled as such where used.
07Your responsibilities
For us to do the work properly, we ask that you:
- Provide accurate information about your business, products, and goals
- Grant the account access needed in a timely manner
- Respond to requests for creative assets, approvals, or information without long delays, since this can affect campaign performance
- Ensure your website, checkout, and offer comply with the advertising policies of Google and Meta
- Pay any agreed fees and advertising spend on time
08Intellectual property
Content on this website — including copy, design, and the Gulf Growth Ads name and logo — belongs to us and may not be copied or reused without permission. Creative assets, ad copy, and campaign structures we build for you as part of a paid engagement belong to you once fees for that work are paid in full, unless we agree otherwise in writing. Our own internal processes, frameworks, and methodology remain ours.
09Confidentiality
Information you share with us in the course of an audit or engagement — including account data, business figures, and strategy — is kept confidential. We do not disclose it to third parties, other clients, or use it publicly (including as a case study) without your consent. Where we do reference results publicly, figures are anonymised or shared only with your explicit agreement.
10Ending the relationship
Ongoing engagements run month-to-month unless otherwise agreed in writing. Either party may end the relationship with notice, as set out in the written agreement for that engagement. On ending, we will hand back full account access and any outstanding deliverables owed, and you remain responsible for any fees or spend incurred up to that point.
11Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Gulf Growth Ads is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from our services, including lost profits or lost advertising spend, except where caused by our negligence or breach of these terms. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees paid by you for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim in the preceding three months.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.
12Third-party platforms
Google Ads, Meta Ads, Shopify, and any other third-party platform referenced on this site or used in our work are owned and operated by their respective companies. We are not responsible for their uptime, policy changes, account suspensions, or any action they take independently of us. Advertising accounts remain subject to the terms and policies of those platforms at all times.
13Use of this website
You may browse this site and submit forms for legitimate business enquiries. You agree not to use the site to submit false information, attempt to disrupt its operation, or extract content for reuse without permission. We may update, suspend, or remove content on this site at any time without notice.
14Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Where a written engagement agreement specifies a different governing law or jurisdiction for a particular client relationship, that agreement takes precedence for that engagement.
15Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continued use of this site or our services after an update means you accept the revised terms. For active client engagements, we will flag any material change directly rather than relying on this page alone.
