Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Gulf Growth Ads collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It is written to be read, not to be skimmed past — if anything here is unclear, email us and we will explain it plainly.
01Who we are
Gulf Growth Ads is a digital advertising agency that manages Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for eCommerce and service businesses. This website is operated at gulfgrowthads.com. Where this policy refers to “we”, “us” or “our”, it means Gulf Growth Ads.
For any question about your data, we are the point of contact. Details are in section 12.
02What we collect
We collect two kinds of information: what you give us directly, and what is gathered automatically as you browse.
Information you give us
When you submit the audit request form, we receive the fields you complete:
| Field | Why we ask |
|---|---|
| Name | So we know who we are replying to |
| Email address | To send the audit and correspond with you |
| Website | To review your store or site before replying |
| Phone or WhatsApp | Optional. Only used if you prefer that channel |
| Service needed | To direct your enquiry to the right work |
| Monthly ad spend | To judge whether we are a sensible fit for you |
| Primary market | To account for regional seasonality and platform rules |
| Your message | Whatever context you choose to share |
If you email us directly instead, we hold whatever you include in that email.
Information collected automatically
- Device and browser data — browser type, operating system, screen size and approximate location derived from IP address
- Usage data — pages visited, time on page, referring source, and which links you clicked
- Advertising identifiers — cookies and pixels set by Google and Meta, described in section 4
03How we use it
We use what we collect for a short list of purposes:
- To prepare and send the free account audit you requested
- To reply to your enquiry and, if it goes further, to discuss working together
- To deliver services under any agreement we enter into with you
- To understand how the site performs and improve it
- To measure our own advertising, so we know which campaigns bring genuine enquiries
- To meet legal, accounting and record-keeping obligations
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We will not add you to a newsletter or marketing list because you requested an audit — if we ever start sending marketing email, it will be because you opted in separately.
04Cookies & tracking
This site uses cookies and similar technologies. Some are necessary for the site to function. Others help us understand traffic and measure advertising.
- Essential cookies — set by WordPress to keep the site working. These cannot be switched off
- Analytics — Google Analytics, to see which pages are read and where visitors come from
- Advertising — the Google Ads tag and the Meta Pixel, which tell us when an ad led to an enquiry and allow us to show ads to people who have visited before
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Doing so will not stop you using the site, though some measurement will be incomplete. You can also opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s browser add-on, and adjust ad personalisation in your Google and Meta account settings.
05Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that make this site and our work function. Each one processes data on our instructions.
- FormSubmit — delivers form submissions from this site to our email inbox
- Google — Analytics, Google Ads, and Workspace where correspondence is stored
- Meta — advertising measurement through the Meta Pixel
- Our hosting provider — stores the website and its server logs
We may also disclose information where we are legally required to, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.
06Client ad accounts
This section matters if you become a client or ask us to audit your account.
When we audit or manage advertising, you grant us access to your Google Ads or Meta account. That access is yours to give and yours to revoke at any time. For an audit we request read-only access, which lets us look without changing anything.
The account remains in your name and under your ownership throughout. We do not copy customer lists out of your account, we do not move your data into our own systems, and we do not use anything we see in your account for any purpose other than doing the work you asked for. If we stop working together, you keep the account and its full history.
07How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not proceed — kept for up to 24 months, then deleted
- Client records — kept for the duration of our work together and for as long afterwards as tax and accounting rules require
- Analytics data — retained according to the settings in Google Analytics, typically 14 months
If you ask us to delete your information sooner, we will, unless we are legally required to keep it.
08Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights over your information:
- Access — ask for a copy of what we hold about you
- Correction — have inaccurate information fixed
- Deletion — ask us to erase your information
- Objection — object to us processing your information for a particular purpose
- Portability — receive your information in a transferable format
- Withdraw consent — where processing relies on your consent, withdraw it at any time
To exercise any of these, email us at the address in section 12. We will respond within 30 days. We will not charge you for making a request, and we will not treat you differently for having made one.
09Security
The site runs over HTTPS, and access to our email and advertising accounts is protected by two-factor authentication. We limit access to your information to the people who need it to do the work.
No method of transmitting data over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach occurs that affects your information, we will tell you and any relevant authority as required by law.
10Children
This site and our services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. If we make a change that materially affects how we handle your information, we will make that clear rather than quietly amending the text.
12. Contact us
Questions about this policy, or a request about your information? Email us and a person will read it and reply — usually within one business day.
